    I think this is totally absurd.The guy definitely has trust issues with his girlfriend and needs to grow up. If the lady wanted to cheat on him,she'll definitely do so,the chastity lock notwithstanding.

    I would prefer that the police be provided with the latest state of the art surveillance equipment than fast cars. In such a situation, there would be no need for the cop to give chase and yet he can capture the registration details of the owner in an instant and ultimately where he resides.
