I haven't heard of this. It would be sad if people give out tickets only to get a promotion. If that's true, there will be more cops giving out tickets just to get a promotion.

I'm glad she was able to fight him off. It's great that she kept him from raping her even if she had to use a frying pan to do it. I don't feel sorry for him that she had to use a pan to take care of him. He should have left her alone.

I agree that it would depend on the situation. If they are helping someone who needs it, and the law they broke isn't that serious, I think it should be alright. I agree that the cop should be warned not to do it again if the crime wasn't that serious.

I wondered about this too. My brother and friend don't like bad cops because they make good cops look bad. I think they may not like bad cops either for the same reason. The bad cops make it hard for people to trust cops. That's probably why people have such harsh things to say about cops.

These are my favorite types of movies too. I never get tired of seeing any of these types of movies. I don't really like sci/fi movies even though I have seen a couple of them. I also don't like too many westerns. They are not my cup of tea.

I wonder if other cops treat the bad cops differently too. It's because of the bad cops that the good ones look bad too. I know my brother doesn't like being associated with the bad cops since he does his job.

I used to wonder how police officers could take the things they go through on the force. It would be hard for me to see so much death and crimes against children. I know I would have signed up for it, but I would still have a hard time handling things like that every day.

This is an interesting question. It seems like these shows might have some realism to it, but they don't give you a complete look on what goes on with the police. My friend mentioned something about it being similar, but not the same. She wouldn't really go into detail about it though.

I think about 13 or 14 is about right. I was left alone when I was much younger than that and I was okay. That is not to say that other kids can handle being home alone that young. It is best to make sure that they are old enough to handle things on their own.

Oh wow! That was selfish of the guy. Those kinds of chases never end well. Somebody always gets hurt or killed during them. The chase isn't worth it. They may as well give up because it's not going to end up in their favor anyway.
