It really depends on the age of the child and most importantly, on the gravity of the crime. If a child is 2 and shoots his parents (it happened), you can't imprison him. Hell, you can't even explain that what he did was bad. However, if a 14 year old kills someone, that's a whole other story...

This is a really strange question. I don't think many people have witnessed the paranormal, let alone many cops. You shouldn't only ask for officers witnessing it, it narrows down the amount of answers you are going to get by a whole lot. Hell, you're likely to not get any answer.

I really like travelling to the seaside. I enjoy walks on the beach, and I absolutely love swimming, so going to the sea, especially the Black Sea, is fantastic for me.

It isn't only criminals that are aware of the social media; it's the terrorists too. They are now uploading their disgusting beheading and execution videos on social media websites in order to spread fear among people. But then again, we shouldn't be surprised. Anything can be used for evil.

There are a lot of stories in which they were deemed fit to leave for a weekend or so, in order to try and integrate them in the society. Well, in all cases, they snapped and killed someone within hours. Sure, it's nice to give them a chance, but it should be within a supervised environment.

While I think that they should be punished for their crimes, I don't think there should be capital punishment for them. It would do greater justice to keep them locked up. If we would kill them, they would come off as "martirs" for their "cause" and we wouldn't be any better than them.
