Damn, this really shows how things work in the USA justice system. They really don't care about protecting people and making justice; they just care about self gain.

I would suggest setting up a filter. If you would set up a captcha as a requirement to post on your forum, your problems will most likely be gone, as those spam messages are generated by bots, and they can't pass captcha verification.

Nope, if anything, I feel a sense of security walking past cops. In my country, they are really laid back and chill, usually, and they don't usually carry guns. Also, most of them aren't corrupt, so it's very different than in the states.

I certainly don't think so. It's quite the opposite, really. If people are not confined by a speed limit, you will always see people driving fast in areas they shouldn't be, because they simply don't know that up ahead is a dangerous turn or something. Speed limits help save lives, not the opposite.

I wouldn't risk it, it could be misinterpreted and you could face serious charges. Now, if the officer would ask for a sip of water, or if he wouldn't be feeling well, I would definitely help him out.
