People who get behind the wheel after drinking should be charged with a more serious crime when they injure or kill someone. If someone dies because you have put everyone around you in danger that should be more than involuntary manslaughter.

This might be worse that what happened to my cousin's friend. The moron decided to break into a small business and take some things... but while he was there he typed his name on a typewriter. He was a young teenager so he only got a warning and a fine, I think. Can't recall.

It is disgusting that good people are usually the ones to be killed when morons decide to get coked up or whatever, then go driving. The driver needs to be permanently banned from driving and spend some time for manslaughter.

You cannot leave a small child alone for that long sober. If you are high or drunk for that long then it is pretty much asking for your child to die.
