It is obviously an advantage but there are many successful people who never went to college. The phrase "educated derelicts " is quite often used so having gone to college is no guarantee of success.

The media have their own agenda and mostly they stick to regardless of whether they are publishing the true facts or not. Scandal is their main theme so if an officer is seen to be doing the wrong thing they will usually publish it, not so much if he or she does the right thing.

I notice a lot of internet users mention that if they have been a victim of a scam or fraud and report it to the police a report is taken but then nothing seems to happen. Is this because you do not have the resources to investigate so many reports?
